Meet Our
Grove Health Pediatrics Team
We love our children and we want them to flourish. That’s why Grove Health Pediatrics exists: to support the health of kids in our community, and to connect thoughtfully with their parents. Not only do we actively aim to increase overall wellness, we provide families with a support system of resources, guidance, and connection—so you can take part in promoting your children’s wellbeing, too.

Stephanie Finn, MS, APRN, CPNP-PC
Stephanie is dedicated to supporting parents, understanding each family’s unique needs, and providing individualized care to each patient. Stephanie has been a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner since 2012 and has nearly two decades of experience in the field. Her own health journey has helped her understand the needs and frustrations of those under her care.
After working as an RN with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and completing her graduate studies, Stephanie worked as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner providing primary care to children in rural Georgia. She went on to play a key role in establishing the pediatric integrative medicine practice at CentreSpring MD in Atlanta. In addition to general primary care, Stephanie is passionate about caring for children with complex health conditions like autoimmunity or children with special needs. She has also enjoyed participating in surgical mission trips in Ecuador and Brazil.
As a working mother, Stephanie is a well-rounded, compassionate, and holistically minded child health advocate. Her faith and family fuel her drive for helping other parents live a lifestyle that promotes the health of their children. Stephanie has two daughters and a loving husband, all of whom she enjoys spending time with in the kitchen, outdoors, or wherever else they may be together.

Monica Beckham, PhD, BCNWP, FMCHC
Functional Wellness Consultant
Monica Beckham is a Board Certified Natural Wellness Practitioner and Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach with nearly a decade of experience in pediatric functional medicine. As the former co-founder of a thriving integrative wellness practice, Monica has supported hundreds of children and families in navigating complex health concerns using a personalized, root-cause approach.
Over the years, her work revealed a powerful truth: healing a child in isolation isn't enough — supporting the health of mothers is just as essential. That realization led her to expand her work to focus on both children and their moms, knowing that true wellness requires treating the family as a whole.
Monica’s expertise includes functional genomics, mind-body integration, and holistic pediatric care, and she is especially passionate about helping families dealing with chronic fatigue, hormone imbalance, inflammation, mood issues, and neurodevelopmental challenges.
She brings not only her clinical knowledge, but also her lived experience as a mother. Monica is the proud mom of a middle-school-aged son who lives with ADHD and anxiety — a journey that continues to shape her compassion and insight as a provider. Outside of work, she’s a competitive powerlifter, embodying her belief that strength, healing, and resilience are deeply connected.
Monica offers virtual and local personalized wellness consulting services to Grove Health Pediatrics patients.

Abigail Hadding
Office Assistant and Hospitality Coordinator
Abby is passionate about supporting children and their families through every stage of early life. She is currently working toward her doula certification and enjoys finding new ways to help families feel empowered and cared for.
Since moving to Louisiana, Abby has embraced a slower, more intentional lifestyle, a perspective she brings into her daily work with patients. She values an integrative approach to medicine, blending traditional care with natural and holistic methods to promote overall wellness. She is glad to bring that perspective back to Florida with her as she joins Grove Health Pediatrics.
As part of the pediatric clinic team, Abby is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming environment where families feel supported and their children can thrive.
